1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Legal Eagle (“the Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Legal Eagle is a technology platform that connects clients with verified legal advocates. We provide tools for case management, document handling, scheduling, payments, and AI-assisted legal analysis. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice directly.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Advocate accounts are subject to credential verification; providing false professional information may result in immediate suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional qualifications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or any material that infringes third-party rights.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Advocate consultation fees, subscription charges, and other paid services are billed as described at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis; please contact support@legalegale.com for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by Legal Eagle or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a limited licence to host and display it in connection with the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate case summaries, document drafts, and analysis. AI-generated content is informational only and does not constitute legal advice. Users should independently verify all AI-generated output with a qualified legal professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal Eagle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Legal Eagle and its officers, employees, and partners against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
